PMRX-Series Endothermic Generator
吸熱式氣體，可用于低碳鋼的滲碳和中碳鋼保護(hù)氣氛．此種氣氛可用于光亮退火，正火和淬火．
The endothermic gas atmosphere, when enriched with natural gas, is suitable for gas carburizing and carbon restoration of the low and medium carbon steels. The atmosphere, as generated, may be used for clean annealing, normalizing and hardening of all carbon steels.
寶華威PMRX系列模塊化吸熱式氣體發(fā)生器，采用模塊化設(shè)計(jì)，產(chǎn)品系列由PMRX-50，PMRX-100，PMRX-200，PMRX-300等組成，額定產(chǎn)氣量分別為50/100/200/300立方每小時(shí)。根據(jù)配置及產(chǎn)氣量需求，設(shè)備由一根或多根反應(yīng)管垂直安裝在獨(dú)立發(fā)生器內(nèi)。反應(yīng)氣體是通過一套空氣/燃?xì)猓ㄌ烊粴猓┗旌舷到y(tǒng)按一定比例混合后的一種混合氣體，此混合氣體與反應(yīng)管內(nèi)的催化劑反應(yīng)，產(chǎn)生如下成分組成的吸熱式氣體：
PowerMax “PMRX Series” modular design endothermic generators category are consisting of PMRX-50/PMRX-100/PMRX-200/PMRX-300 configurations, with corresponding endo gas output capacity at 50M3/H, 100M3/H/200M3/H individual module 100 m3/hour. According to output capacity requirement, the modular contains one to three vertical reaction retorts mounted in a rectangular designed and gas/electrical heating chamber. The gas atmosphere is generated by the endothermic reaction of an air/gas mixture in an externally heated retort containing a reaction catalyst. The approximate analysis of the resultant gas is as follows:

Endoinjector 混合系統(tǒng) EndoInjector System
ENDOINJECTOR混合系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)精密，用于控制發(fā)生爐在混合空氣和燃?xì)獗嚷实木_性。由國(guó)外合作研發(fā)利用電子流量測(cè)量和精確燃?xì)鈱?dǎo)入閥以持續(xù)性的導(dǎo)入氣體進(jìn)行混合，以此產(chǎn)生高質(zhì)量的吸熱性氣體發(fā)生氣。
燃?xì)饣旌掀鲹碛凶钕冗M(jìn)的技術(shù)，帶有鼓風(fēng)機(jī)的設(shè)計(jì)，使反應(yīng)管得到最高的效用。實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控軟件連接時(shí)，根據(jù)實(shí)際用氣需求量實(shí)時(shí)計(jì)算精確輸出，實(shí)現(xiàn)發(fā)生器產(chǎn)氣量自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)，節(jié)能減排。
The EndoInjector is a precision gas mixing system designed specifically to provide an accurately controlled mixture of air and gas for endothermic gas generators. The system includes the Control-Carb gas control system designed by Atmosphere Engineering to utilize electronic flow measurement and precision gas injection valves to constantly provide the ideal gas mixture for high quality endothermic gas generation.
The EndoInjector incorporates the latest technology in regenerative blower design that is capable of significant turndown for multi-retort generators. When combined with the precise TrueTrim software, the EndoInjector delivers flow on demand throughout the working range of any generator down to 20% of rated capacity. This feature eliminates endothermic gas waste during production while maintaining the precise gas mixture required.
